Small items

What do we mean by "small"? Items under 20cm x 20cm x20cm.

Big items

What do we mean by "large"? Items over 20cm x 20cm x20cm.

Exchange or Return of Products

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of its execution.

In order to preserve the right to withdraw from the agreement, the consumer must ensure that the products are preserved in their original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the latter is not deprived of the opportunity to withdraw from the contract. If the value decreases due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot file a refund request.

The product will not be accepted for return if at least one of the components is missing::

    • fully equipped equipment
      a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Devetech online store.
    • warranty card
    • a report with a description of the defect prepared by the service department.

The money for the products will be refunded within the time limits established by current legislation.
